What are the ways harmful stuff gets into the Lake?

Not which pollutants, but how they can travel into the water! It is easy to identify the main ways; most come from urban activity:

Direct shore runoff from yards, paving;
Streams - Surfacewater flow;
Groundwater flow, from Infiltration;
Sediment on the bottom;
Junk left or put into the Lake;
Boats - fuel & oil, exhaust, etc;
Airborne - in rain or dust
